We are pleased to participate in the Silver & Fit and Forever Fit benefit programs available through several health insurance providers. 

These programs provide an opportunity to improve personal health through regular exercise.  Individuals, generally age 65 and older, may become eligible for no-cost memberships at the Sewickley Valley YMCA through their Silver & Fit or Forever Fit benefit. 

The Sewickley Valley YMCA provides many programs geared toward the Older Adult.  These programs including warm-water aquatics, aerobics, and social activities, are FREE to members.  Additionally, our state-of-the art fitness equipment and professionally trained staff are at your disposal!
