Thrive Classes

Chair Yoga

Designed for individuals at risk of falls due to mobility challenges, our Fall Prevention program, led by a certified FallProof! instructor, focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and stability through guided exercises and multisensory training.
Designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease, Delay the Disease is a program that combines balance, mobility, strength, and flexibility exercises to delay symptoms.
