Water Aerobic Exercise

Water aerobics at the Sewickley Valley YMCA elevate your heart rate and provide cardiovascular benefits. Classes are offered in shallow and deep water in the Large Pool, which maintains an average temperature of 79-82 °F. The Large Pool has a shallow end of 3.5 feet and a deep end of 12 feet.

Would you like to purchase your own equipment? We have belts to borrow, but many participants bring their own floatation belts. Check out the water exercise equipment available for purchase online.

Deep Water Cardio
