Delay the Disease
Delay the Disease is a program for individuals that have a diagnosis of Parkinson’s. This program is designed to delay the progress of Parkinson’s through exercises that work on strength, flexibility, balance, focus, and support. All levels are welcome and class is led by a certified Delay the Disease Instructor.

Fall Prevention
Designed for individuals at risk of falls due to mobility challenges, our Fall Prevention program is limited to 10 participants per session, ensuring personalized attention. Sessions focus on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and stability through guided exercises and multisensory training. This program is ideal for those using assisted devices (walkers or canes) have diabetes, neuropathy, joint replacements, visual impairments or undergoing cancer treatments – all of which can make a person more susceptible to falls. This program is led by a certified FallProof! instructor.
