Senior Socials

Join us in learning about our local backyard birds. Whether you’re an experienced birdwatcher or just getting started, learn how to identify bird species, understand bird behaviors, and how to create a welcoming environment for them. We will make our own birdseed treats to hang and attract even more feathered friends to your backyard.

It’s time for the annual picnic!  Join us for food, fun, and socialization as we kick off the summer.  We will provide a BBQ menu and you can feel free to bring an appetizer or dessert.  We will play games and enjoy each other’s company!  12:00-2:00 at the Robin Hill Community Park Carriage House.  Contact Kara Russo at 412-741-9622 x135 for directions or to inquire about car pooling.

Join us for lunch and a mini golf adventure!  We will begin at 11:30 at Carmody’s Grill on Neville Island for lunch and continue our day at the RMU Island Sports Center for a game of Mini Golf!  You will be responsible for the cost of your lunch and the game of mini golf is $5.

Let’s get together and lunch!  What better way to keep cool and social than lunch at the mall?  Join us at the Mall of Robinson Food Court so we can get out of the summer heat and choose from 6 different food vendors for our lunch options.  After lunch we can walk around and shop!

Let’s plan a day out and meet for lunch at 11:30 Harold’s Inn in Hopewell Twp.  After lunch maybe we can stop at a nearby park on the way home to take a walk or have a seat in the shade and observe all the nature around us!

We will return to the YMCA Oasis for our socials so let’s celebrate with Ice Cream!  Dress in your Hawaiian shirts or bright summer colors for our Luau!  Join us for a yummy get together with ice cream sundaes while we talk about all the fun we had this summer!

Get ready to say B-I-N-G-O!  Join us for games of bingo and bagel treats as we close out our summer session of fun!  Don’t forget to bring your lucky charms!
