Attention young fitness enthusiasts!

When accompanied by a parent/guardian, children ages 10 to 13 can use cardio equipment and participate in group exercise classes. Teens ages 14 and up may independently use and enjoy Y amenities, including cardio equipment, weight room, group exercise classes, and more.
